These Terms govern access to the XWorld platform, including AI agents, automation systems, digital infrastructure, and token-based platform services.

1. Company Information

XWorld LTD is a company registered in the United Kingdom and operates a digital platform providing AI-powered software, automation systems, and business infrastructure solutions.

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Scope

XWorld provides access to a self-service digital platform designed to help users operate, automate, and scale business functions through AI-driven tools, intelligent workflows, and digital infrastructure.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, XWorld does not provide guaranteed human support, consulting, manual execution, or custom managed services. All platform services are delivered electronically.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity under their account.
• Users must ensure their use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• XWorld may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4. Access, Availability, and Platform Control

Access may be granted based on active subscriptions, usage-based credits or tokens, or other commercial models introduced by XWorld.

XWorld may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform where necessary for maintenance, upgrades, security, legal compliance, or business continuity.

5. Billing, Payments, and Usage Credits

• All payments are processed electronically through authorized third-party providers.
• Fees are payable in advance unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Completed payments are non-refundable except where XWorld expressly approves a limited exception.
• Credits or tokens are digital access units only. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the platform to engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity, nor attempt to disrupt, overload, exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse AI tools in violation of law or platform integrity.

7. AI Output and System Limitations

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or other limitations. XWorld does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or fit for a specific purpose.

Users remain solely responsible for independently reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, operational, strategic, or commercial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its systems, software, models, branding, design, workflows, and technology, remain the exclusive property of XWorld LTD or its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they submit and outputs generated for them, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Users grant XWorld the limited rights necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment or payment abuse
• Misuse, fraud, or security risk
• Operational, legal, or reputational risk to XWorld, its users, or partners

Upon termination, all access rights cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XWorld LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, reputational damage, or decisions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

Where liability is legally established, XWorld's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service during the applicable period permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under relevant law.

12. Changes to These Terms

XWorld may revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during account registration, onboarding, customer support interactions, or security verification processes, you consent to receive transactional SMS communications from XWorld LTD.

These SMS messages may include:

• Verification codes (OTP)
• Account security alerts
• Login notifications
• Customer support updates
• Service-related notifications
• Appointment or onboarding reminders

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and services used.

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP where applicable or by contacting our support team at support@xworldltd.com.
